Welcome to the Village of Anninata. Anninata is known for its awe-inspiring views, varied flora & fauna & famous for its church where the "Feast of Our Lady of Blacherna" is celebrated.
The 1953 earthquake destroyed the village of Anninata as it did most of the island. The whole village had to relocate to Poros. Today there, you will find several houses the church & dramatic countryside.
Every year on 2nd of July villagers travel from Poros to celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Blacherna and rejoin their ancestral village.
