This plot with a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea is in the historic village of Farsa, known for it ruins and nautical past.  The plot is close to the secluded Ligia beach, which has a jetty where small boats can be moored and a white sand and pebble beach.   The village has 2 tavernas, a mini market and several bus stops on the main road, which is located 180 metres above the plot.
