In Matzavinata, Lixouri, a contemporary single-family residence was designed featuring clean lines, natural materials, and a distinctly mediterranean character.

The architectural concept combines pure geometry, organic textures, and soft, earthy tones, evoking a sense of refined simplicity and authenticity.

The layout comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living and kitchen area that connects seamlessly to the outdoor environment, where a swimming pool and mediterranean planting of olive trees, lavender, and low shrubs define the landscape.

Generous openings allow natural light to permeate the interior, while semi-open spaces create a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living.
